France coach Raymond Domenech has included Arsenal defender William Gallas in his 20-man squad for next month's Euro 2008 qualifiers.
Gallas injured his hamstring in The Gunners' UEFA Champions League win in midweek and could be sidelined for some time with the injury.
However, Domenech has opted to call-up the 29-year-old for the games against Scotland on October 7 and Faroe Islands four days later.
Claude Makelele is again selected, despite the Chelsea midfielder retiring after this summer's World Cup, while Juventus striker David Trezeguet has been given the nod by Domenech after returning from injury.
Lyon midfielder Jeremy Toulalan has been called up for the second time by Domenech after his impressive displays for the French champions.
