CHELSEA pair John Terry and Jody Morris along with Wimbledon ace Des Byrne have denied assaulting a nightclub doorman.

The trio are accused of assaulting the doorman at the private members' Wellington Club in West London on January 4.

All the men have pleaded not guilty of charges of causing actual bodily harm and affray and they have been remanded remanded on bail at Horseferry Road Magistrates Court in London until February 20.

The three players were granted identical bail conditions by district court judge Roger Davies meaning they are available to play for their clubs.

Chelsea pair Morris and Terry, were fined two weeks' wages by Chelsea for being on licensed premises less than 24 hours before a game and both are available to play on Wednesday's Worthington Cup semi-final against Tottenham.
