Wright has been linked with a £5 million move to Stamford Bridge in the summer, but Burley has reacted angrily to the reports.
"It is a lot of rubbish," said Burley "There is certainly no deal between us and Chelsea for Richard Wright.
"I get a bit fed up of the fact that I am continually denying this."
