Cruzeiro winger Everton Ribeiro has told Brazilian television that he is keen to play for a 'big club' after being linked with a move to Manchester United.
Speculation in Brazil has claimed that United have scouted the 24-year-old, with Liverpool and clubs in Eastern Europe also reported to be interested.
Ribeiro only joined Cruzeiro at the start of the year, but he has impressed in helping the club to win the Brazilian title this season.
Reports have suggested that Cruzeiro are willing to sell the attacking midfielder for €8million (£6.7m) in the January transfer window.
However, while Ribeiro claims to have always had a fondness for Premier League champions United, he wants to focus on Cruzeiro for the time being.
"I haven't talked with my agent yet," Ribeiro told Sportv. "I asked him to talk only with Cruzeiro and let me focus here as I still have one more game to play and I want to end this league well.
"I will continue doing my job here at Cruzeiro but plan on getting to a big club. It's a dream I've had since young, I've always liked Manchester United."
