Lille president Michel Seydoux claims they have yet to receive an official offer for prize asset Eden Hazard.
Hazard is widely expected to be the subject of interest from a number of Europe's top clubs this summer when the transfer window reopens.
The Belgian international has admitted he would consider a move away from Lille at the end of the season to join a bigger club.
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini and Manchester United chief Sir Alex Ferguson have both watched Hazard in recent weeks as they weigh up a move for the skilful schemer, while Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is a confirmed admirer of the player.
Despite the growing interest in Hazard, Seydoux has revealed no formal offers have been lodged for the highly-rated 21-year-old.
"At the moment, I have not received any offers," Michel Seydoux told Radio Monte Carlo.
