Portugal have confirmed the pair will not feature in the midweek friendly and have opted against calling up any replacements.
However, Chelsea defender Ricardo Carvalho, who took a knock to the head in the 2-1 win over Arsenal on Sunday, has been passed fit to play against Greece.
