Owen Hargreaves has voiced his frustration over the knee injury that has troubled him in recent months, but doubts whether the problem has been completely sorted yet. The Manchester United midfielder has endured a frustrating time this season with tendinitis in his knee. An injection has helped clear the problem temporarily but Hargreaves accepts that he will have to be careful in future to make sure it does not resurface. He has been told to wear a specially designed insole and hopes that will enable him to play a full part for United for the rest of the season. "I have had the problem since the end of last season," Hargreaves said in the Daily Express. "I have spoken to a lot of doctors and specialists and they explained to me it is not really a problem with the knee, it is a structural problem with the biomechanics. "For some reason my body is not happy with it and I need insoles and things like that to correct it.

Difficult times

"It's been frustrating. I've been trying to play through it but it has been difficult at times. "We're trying to get round it and find the answer. "I'm trying to get through it and be fit for the rest of the season."
