Everton boss David Moyes is remaining coy over whether or not he wants to sign Tim Howard on a permanent basis.
Howard has impressed at Goodison Park after arriving on a season-long loan at the start of the summer.
The American's chances of establishing himself at Old Trafford look slim with Edwin van der Sar and Tomasz Kuszczak ahead of him in the pecking order.
Moyes admits he has not considered about turning Howard's loan move permanent as yet even though he has been happy with his impact at the club.
"We've not even gone near it at the moment. We've got him for the season," said Moyes.
"We've been pleased with him and we've been pleased with the defenders in general."
