Lyon midfield star Mahamadou Diarra is aware of interest in his services from Milan.
The outstanding Mali international is believed to be a top target for Manchester United this summer after impressing against The Red Devils in the UEFA Champions League.
However, as he prepares for Lyon's clash with PSV Eindhoven, the 24-year-old has revealed Milan are also determined to snap him up.
"I can say nothing," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"But, yes, I know. It's true that maybe there is something and being aware that I am interesting for Milan really flatters me.
"But I must think of the match."
Diarra is under contract until 2009 but the French champions are likely to sell if they receive a massive offer for the former Vitesse Arnhem ace.
Milan have been watching Diarra and Lyon team-mate Cris closely and will be monitoring his performance against PSV on Tuesday.
