Monaco are pondering a number of left back options as Patrice Evra could quit Stade Louis II.
The Principality outfit have considered the claims of Manchester United's John O'Shea, PSV Eindhoven ace Lee Young-pyo, Internazionale defender Francesco Coco and Boavista's Nelson.
Didier Deschamps wants to keep Evra but rumours are rife that Internazionale are preparing a major bid for the full back, around é¼8 million, with the player receiving a four-year contract.
Real Madrid and Barcelona are also admirers of the classy defender and his agent Federico Pastorello admits something could happen soon.
"If he has an opportunity to leave for a great club in the coming days, Patrice will seize it," Pastorello told France Football.
"But he won't leave for anywhere.
"He is very happy at Monaco, where the coach relies hugely on him.
"It is up to Monaco to make the decision."
