Kleberson has pulled out of Brazil's squad for the World Cup qualifier with Paraguay.
The Manchester United midfielder, who has disappointed so far in his career in England, was originally included in Carlos Alberto Parreira's plans for the March 31 encounter.
Parreira will not be naming a replacement for Kleberson, who has injured his left knee, for the clash but Arsenal's Gilberto Silva is in the squad and, as a result, misses next weekend's FA Cup semi-final with United.
Meanwhile, The Red Devils have announced a tour of Asia that will take place before the 2005/06 season gets underway.
The Premiership champions will play four matches in July and August in the Far East.
