England international Scholes picked up a groin injury in the derby with Manchester City but is making good progress and should be available to start the Millennium Stadium encounter.
Giggs was substituted after doing most of the damage in the win at Juventus, complaining of a thigh injury, while Brown has tweaked a hamstring.
Mikael Silvestre has recovered from an Achilles problem despite pulling out of the Juve clash when expected to play at centre back.
"It's three main worries without a question," stated Ferguson. "Brown, Scholes and Giggs.
"Of the three, Scholes has the better chance.
"Giggs and Brown are very, very doubtful, which is disappointing for them.
"Over the course of the season, you're happy to get an injury or two but, when you get them to miss a final, it affects you more deeply.
"But we'll do our best with them.
"Silvestre trained this morning and should be alright."
