Sas has surprisingly fallen out of favour at Galatasaray, but his performances in the World Cup - where he was a major figure in taking Turkey to third place, make him a key target this winter.
Although the player has suggested he will be teaming up with some fellow Turkish players at his new club - Azman told planetfootball that his final destination has yet to be decided.
"There is certainly nothing agreed at the moment," said Azman.
"Obviously the names of Milan and Inter have been circulating in the press, but there are also English clubs certain to be involved.
"I'm thinking of the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United - but obviously I can't say which of these are interested at the moment.
"I will be contacting English clubs, as well as those in Italy - and we will see what happens."
