Mauricio Pochettino believes no-one is 'guilty' for Tottenham's recent poor form in the Premier League.

Tottenham were jeered off the pitch by their own supporters after their most recent loss, a 2-1 defeat to Stoke, and Pochettino has come under fire as a result.

It was their fourth loss in six games at White Hart Lane and this has left the North London club languishing in 12th place in the Premier League.

Pocchetino is confident he turn things around, and has urged his players to find their mental strength as they look to improve their form this weekend against Hull at the KC Stadium.

"My mentality is to find a solution for positive results. That is my responsibility as a head coach," he said.

"Now is not the moment to find the guiltiness - it is a moment to be altogether, to be strong."

There is unrest among fans disgruntled at their continued underachievement and Pochettino's tactics and team selections have come under considerable scrutiny.

The 38-year-old moved to allay these fears and suggested Tottenham can easily force their way out of trouble.

"It is a hard job because Tottenham is a big club with big supporters. This is not how we want it to be.

"But I feel that the same as before, when I was at Southampton and Espanyol. We know the situation is hard, but we need to find a solution."
