Swansea City striker Wilfried Bony has said that he wants his team-mates to show the same positivity against Stoke City that they displayed against Cardiff City on Saturday.
The Swans got the better of their South Wales rivals 3-0 at the Liberty Stadium and head into Wednesday's away match against the Potters placed 12th in the Premier League, just three points above the relegation zone.
Bony, who was on target against Cardiff, believes that the victory has given his side a lift and is eager to build on it by taking maximum points at the Britannia Stadium.
"We know we are not in a good position and the last game was a derby," the 25-year-old told the South Wales Evening Post.
"We gave everything to win that game. We want to bring this positivity into the next game, Stoke City away. We will do our best to try to win again.
"In a derby, even if you play badly you have to win. It's not like other games.
"It was fantastic for us and for our supporters. This result can give us a lift for the next game.
"When you score you have to enjoy it, but I'm thinking about the next game."
