Sky sources understand that Swansea are hoping to wrap up deals for Crystal Palace midfielder Barry Bannan and Middlesbrough forward Marvin Emnes.
Bannan, a Scotland international, has been used sparingly in Palace's first-team since the arrival of new manager Tony Pulis and will be hoping for a regular role at Swansea.
Emnes has previously spent a loan spell at Swansea in 2010 and is believed to be a long-term target of manager Michael Laudrup.
The Dutchman, who arrived at the Riverside back in 2008, remains a key player for Boro and has scored one goal in 24 appearances this season.
Tottenham winger Nacer Chadli had been linked with a move to the Liberty Stadium, but the deal is thought to have fallen through.
