Crystal Palace co-chairman Steve Parish insists the club will not splash the cash like QPR as they plan for life in the Premier League.
Despite their vast expenditure the R's were relegated from the top flight last season, and will pay the price financially over the next few years.
However, Parish is adamant the newly promoted Eagles will not go down the same route as Tony Fernandes' club, believing Palace have a plan in place to avoid the same fate.
"We had a good structure in the league we were in," Parish told The Daily Star.
"And we are in a good one for where we are entering."
