Chris Hughton says he is looking forward to the vital Premier League visit of Aston Villa on Saturday despite both clubs still in need of the points to survive the drop.
He added: "It's always a tough job, but you do the job because of the challenges. We can speak about the challenge now - the challenge of going into these last three games trying to get the results that we need. They're there throughout the season. "You do this job because of them, and you never shy away from them, but you also do the job because you have a confidence in what you're doing. We need to take that confidence into these last three games."
