Southampton striker Rickie Lambert was frustrated not to pick up all three points against Norwich City at St Mary's on Tuesday night.
Lambert thought Saints were on course for victory before being pegged back after an error from goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga allowed Robert Snodgrass to level.
Lambert, who caused controversy with an apparent handball in the build-up to his opener, insisted he did nothing wrong before finding the net.
He said: "I'm not sure exactly where it hit me but obviously I just carried on and put it in the back of the net. You've just got to play to the whistle.
"I am definitely frustrated not to get the three points. I thought we played really well in the first half and I thought we were definitely going to win it.
"We've come in disappointed at half-time and felt we could have pushed on in the second half. We haven't managed to do that so I'm disappointed."
