Nordsjaelland winger Mikkel Beckmann has hinted that he would be willing to make a move to the Premier League.
There is reported to be English interest in the 29-year-old, who has caught the eye in the UEFA Champions League this season.
Clubs from Germany and Italy are also believed to be tracking the Denmark international ahead of the January transfer window.
Beckmann concedes that the right offer could lure him away from Nordsjaelland, but insists he will not be looking to secure a glamour switch for the sake of it.
"I have tried things in Denmark and if I move abroad, that would make sense," he told Sporten.dk.
"But I will not move at any cost. It would be interesting for myself and my family, but I consider playing regularly to be more important than making lots of money.
"If I could choose, I would probably go down south (to Germany) as the game there suits my style.
"I have, however, always dreamt of playing in England."
