Keeper says Albion will not 'sit back' against Gunners

Goalkeeper Ben Foster has called on West Brom to hand Roy Hodgson a perfect send-off before he takes over as England boss. The 64-year-old will take charge of his final Baggies game on Sunday against an Arsenal side who need a win to be sure of making the UEFA Champions League. Foster has called on Albion to play their heart out as a thank you to Hodgson for doing such a superb job during his 18 months at the West Midlands club. The former Manchester United and Birmingham City shot-stopper told The Mirror: "He deserves to leave this club with a win in his last game here. "He has been fantastic for us even though I've only been here for a year and he has been here for 18 months. "Everybody says that since he came here he has just steadied the ship and got everyone settled. "Everybody knows their jobs from the strikers, to the defenders to the goalkeepers. "Once everyone knows what's going on at any point in the game, you have a chance of improving."

Three points

West Brom head into the clash unbeaten in four games and produced a stunning fightback from 2-0 down to draw at Bolton last time out. Meanwhile, Arsenal have not won any of their last four matches. Foster added: "Without a doubt we are going to go into the Arsenal game looking to get three points. "We are not the sort of team to sit back. We will be going for it as much as they will. "I think everyone agrees that the gaffer deserves our efforts. "You could see that in the Bolton game as with 15 minutes to go and two goals down, we fought back and threw the kitchen sink at them."
