Defender recovering from ligament damage sustained in France

Steven Mouyokolo has returned to Wolves from a season-long loan at French club Sochaux and could yet have a future at Molineux. The defender is currently undergoing treatment for a cruciate ligament injury and Wolves boss Terry Connor believes getting the 25-year-old fit is the immediate priority. "He's one of our players so we want him fit as soon as possible and back out playing," Connor told the Express and Star. "He's on a year-long loan. We're still his parent club so he's come back. "He's done his cruciate and he's back for some assessments and treatment here. "He'll continue to have treatment at both clubs until he's fully fit. We want to see for ourselves exactly where he is with his rehab." Mouyokolo joined Wolves from Hull City in the summer of 2010 for an undisclosed fee, reported to be in the region of £2.5 million, but has started just two Premier League games for the club.
