Defender is battling back to full fitness after his latest injury setback

Jody Craddock looks like he is winning his race to be fit in time for Wolves' trip to Tottenham on Saturday. The veteran defender has been ruled out for five weeks with a hamstring injury he picked up in their 2-1 win over Sunderland in December. And boss Mick McCarthy is hopeful he can welcome the defender, who has already announced he will retire at the end of the season, onto the team bus to White Hart Lane. "Hopefully this week Jody will train," said McCarthy. "He has been doing well with the physios but he has not been training with the ball yet. "He did well when he came into the side and was unfortunate to get injured."
