Milan Jovanovic will find out on Tuesday whether his move from Liverpool to Anderlecht will go through.

Forward hopes to confirm Anderlecht move early next week.

Milan Jovanovic has revealed he will find out on Tuesday whether his protracted move from Liverpool to Anderlecht will go through. The 30-year-old striker only signed for the Reds from Standard Liege last summer but failed to make an impact at Anfield, scoring just twice in 18 appearances. Standard's fellow Belgian outfit Anderlecht have been in talks with the Serbia international's representatives for several weeks, with the player's reported £65,000 a week wages rumoured to be a stumbling block. However, Jovanovic is confident the move will go through following a meeting with the club's board on Tuesday. "On August 2 I will know whether or not I will move to Anderlecht," Jovanovic told Het Laatste Nieuws. "Then I have a meeting with the board. The interest is serious and the board really wants me. "There is a big chance an agreement will be made."
