Out-of-favour Rovers striker hoping future will be sorted quickly

Out-of-favour striker Nikola Kalinic hopes his Blackburn future will be sorted out within days. Ukrainian team Dnipro are thought to have made an offer in the region of £4million for the unsettled striker. But Blackburn, who paid £6million for Kalinic when they signed him from Hadjuk Split in the summer of 2009, are believed to be holding out for a higher fee for his services. As reported earlier, skysports.com understands the hot-shot has handed in a transfer request at Ewood Park as he pushes for a move away. The Croatia international, who is believed to be surplus to requirements in Rovers boss Steve Kean's plans for next season, hopes his future can be sorted out soon. The 23-year-old told Sportske Novosti: "In a few days everything will be sorted out, but I will not talk about possibilities. "There are always some options but I think so far the price, which was set by Blackburn, is just too high for some clubs which are interested in me. "So, I'm training with Blackburn and I hope that everything will be sorted out in my favour."
