Chelsea are interested in bringing Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko to Stamford Bridge, according to the player's agent.
Dzeko has been tipped to leave the Bundesliga side in the summer with AC Milan believed to be leading the race for his signature.
The Bosnia international helped Wolfsburg claim the German title last season and has also been linked with Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City.
Milan came close to securing his services last summer but could not agree terms on the deal, with a San Siro switch expected to be completed at the end of the current campaign.
But Dzeko's Italian agent Silvano Martina has warned Leonardo's side that they could face stiff competition from Premier League leaders Chelsea.
Martina told calciomercato.it: "I can confirm that Milan really likes the player. At the time in Italy they are the club which showed most interest.
"But attention must be paid to Chelsea as the Blues are following Dzeko."
