Defender Brian Easton has become Burnley's latest summer recruit after completing his £350,000 move from Hamilton Academical.
Skysports.com revealed earlier on Tuesday that the Scotland Under-21 international had agreed a three-year deal at Turf Moor.
With the 21-year-old having now passed a medical with the Clarets, his move to the Premier League newcomers has been rubber-stamped.
Left-back Easton made his debut for Hamilton aged just 18 and racked up more than 100 appearances for the SPL outfit.
Burnley's new number 24 will not feature in Tuesday night's friendly at Morecambe but will be presented to the press on Wednesday afternoon.
Burnley boss Owen Coyle has been busy in the transfer market this summer with Easton his fourth new signing.
Steven Fletcher, David Edgar and Tyrone Mears have all made the move to Lancashire as the Clarets look to upset the odds and remain in the top flight.
