Reported Inter target enjoying his time at Stamford Bridge

John Obi Mikel has insisted he is happy at Chelsea amid rumours of interest from Inter Milan. Reports have suggested former Blues boss Jose Mourinho, now at Inter, could launch a double summer swoop for Mikel and defender Ricardo Carvalho. However, Nigerian midfielder Mikel, who signed at Stamford Bridge from Lyn Oslo in 2006, has intimated that he is looking forward to another season in West London. He told the club's official website: "I think I have played a lot of games and I am happy with that achievement over the course of the season and the way I have contributed. "I will be disappointed when the season ends because I love coming in here every day and training with the guys, and the banter that we share but we have a few weeks away to rest."
