Stoke winger Matthew Etherington insists he is happy with the Potters amid reported interest from Fulham.
The left-sided midfielder left West Ham to join Stoke in January, but reports had suggested he was ready for a move back to the capital.
Etherington strenuously denies the claims and says all the talk is just media speculation.
"I haven't a clue where this speculation has come from," he told The Sentinel.
"People make these stories up and I have no idea where they come from.
"A few people have mentioned it to me. Even my dad texted me this week to ask what it was all about."
Etherington ran into gambling troubles in London and has admitted the move to Stoke helped him get past these issues.
The move to his new club seems to have rejuvenated the winger and he insists he is content at the club.
"I am more than happy at Stoke and, hopefully, will be here for a long time. I have no intention of going anywhere, and that's a fact.
"I can categorically say that, hand on heart I have not heard anything about a move."
Etherington admitted he took some persuading to join Stoke and admits he will probably end up back in London one day - but not in the near future.
"It was a difficult decision to leave West Ham because I have friends and family down there but my girlfriend has moved up with me and I am happy here."
Stoke's raucous fans have impressed Etherington and he has paid tribute to them for helping him settle in so quickly.
"It has definitely been the right decision for me at this time in my career. I have loved every minute of it, especially playing at the Britannia.
"You have to see and hear it to believe it. It is great to play in front of these fans, who have been great to me."
Meanwhile, Stoke boss Tony Pulis has confirmed Amdy Faye will miss the rest of the season with a back injury.
The former Senegal international has been told he needs surgery on his problem, which has kept him out since the victory over Bolton on May 4th.
"It's a disappointment for us because Amdy has done so well this season," Pulis said.
