Stoke City manager Tony Pulis will start Ricardo Fuller against Middlesbrough if the striker proves his fitness.
Fuller has impressed when coming off the substitutes' bench in each of the Potters' last three Premier League games after dislocating his shoulder against Sunderland.
Stoke face a vital showdown with Middlesbrough on Saturday and Pulis is hopeful of involving Jamaica international Fuller in his starting XI.
"I'm hoping Ric will be fit to start, but unfortunately he hurt his shoulder again last week," Pulis told The Sentinel.
"If he's 110 per cent fit, he will start. Every time he plays is a bonus because when he got injured at Sunderland I thought we wouldn't see him again this season."
Both Stoke and Boro currently lie in the relegation places with the former holding a two-point advantage over the latter.
