Manchester City star Robinho insists that the relationship between him and Craig Bellamy is 'okay' following reports of a dressing room bust-up.
Bellamy was said to have been unhappy with the Brazilian in the aftermath of City's limp 2-0 defeat to Portsmouth.
However, boss Mark Hughes has since played down the incident and Robinho has moved to echo his manager's words by declaring that no bitterness remains between the attacking duo.
"I don't like to air things that happened in the dressing room but it really wasn't anything," Robinho told The People.
"In every dressing room in the world players say things to each other after a defeat and then it gets forgotten.
"I am footballer not a public relations person."
Robinho found himself substituted early on in the second half of the Fratton Park clash after failing to make any real impact on the game, and Bellamy spoke to the former Real Madrid man after the final whistle.
"Bellamy said that I had not passed to him a couple of times when he was in a better position, but every player has to decide in the moment," Robinho added.
"Bellamy shouts a lot and is hot-blooded but so am I. After a defeat I get very upset. I'm happy for team-mates to say what they want to me.
"The coach spoke with us and everything is sorted out. In the City dressing room we get on okay."
