Blackburn hot-shot Roque Santa Cruz is gunning to end Manchester United keeper Edwin van der Sar's record-breaking clean-sheet run.
The Red Devils have already broken a Premier League record by going 14 games without conceding a goal.
They are now 89 minutes away from smashing the European record but Santa Cruz hopes he will be on target when Blackburn visit Old Trafford for the Saturday evening game.
The striker, who scored last time against Coventry in the FA Cup, told The Sun: "I think every scorer is thinking of scoring against them and breaking that run.
"It is about being focused on waiting for that moment. They are playing so many games without conceding a goal and you know just how good they are both defensively and as a team.
"They focus their game on clean sheets and that gives you the chance to win.
"Every goal is the same, though. If you score and still lose it ruins everything - even if you were to break that record."
