Boss Claudio Ranieri has confirmed Juventus are tracking Werder Bremen's Brazilian playmaker Diego as a potential summer acquisition.
Ranieri has long been linked with the 23-year-old, who has also been on Manchester City's radar.
And the Old Lady coach has dropped the biggest hint that he may move for the Brazilian international at the end of the season.
"We are following him, but we would have to evaluate in a good way," Ranieri said on the Juventus Channel.
However, the former Chelsea manager also confessed the midfielder may in fact find it difficult to fit into the Turin starting XI.
"Clearly I like him, he's a really strong player, but we must also think to the team's balance", he admitted.
