Cameroonian midfielder frustrated by lack of action

Modeste M'bami has revealed that he is actively seeking a January transfer away from Marseille. The Cameroon international has fallen out of favour under Eric Gerets of late, with first-team football proving hard to come by. He has now admitted that a move away from the French giants greatly appeals to him, as he is keen to remain part of his country's international set up. M'bami insists he is not too concerned about where he moves to, but has stated his admiration for the top divisions in England and Spain. "I am not playing at the moment, so I am not happy. I want to get involved," he told skysports.com. "I have been linked with many teams. When you are a good player you will always get linked with teams. "I love Marseille but I need to play as there are World Cup qualifiers soon and I want to be involved. "The Premier League and the Primera Liga appeal to any player, so I don't really mind where I go. "I just want to play. I love Marseille but I need to play."
