Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes is keen to return to PSV Eindhoven, according to the Dutch club's director.
Gomes moved to White Hart Lane when former manager Juande Ramos paid PSV £7.8million in the summer, but he has failed to live up to expectations.
The 27-year-old has improved over recent games and helped keep Manchester United at bay on Saturday.
New Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has backed Gomes, however he has also confessed that he will be looking for a new shot-stopper in January to add competition to his squad.
And PSV director Jan Reker has now revealed that the Brazilian could seek a return to Holland, telling the Daily Star on Sunday: "Gomes made it clear that he would gladly rejoin us.
"I'm not ruling anything out, although there is little we can do at the moment."
