Stoke midfielder Michael Tonge has voiced his frustrations at a lack of first-team opportunities at the Britannia Stadium.
The 25-year-old joined the Potters from Sheffield United on the final day of the summer transfer window, but he has failed to regularly warrant a place in manager Tony Pulis' plans.
While the wide-man insists he is happy with the Premier League new boys, he confesses he is keen for a spot in Pulis' side.
"I would like to have played more games than I have," Tonge - who has made just one league start this season, against Portsmouth - said in the Daily Star.
"But I have just got to wait for my chance.
"The lads who have been playing have done ever so well so you can't argue with that.
"The manager has said it is not just going to be 11 players who keep us in the league, it is going to be the whole squad.
"Everybody has a really good attitude and we will need that throughout the season."
