Unlucky midfielder's nightmare over
Reading midfielder Brynjar Gunnarsson is close to making a return from his latest injury setback.
The midfielder, who has not played since sustaining a groin injury in January, is set to return to training and is close to being back in action.
After initially returning to pre-season training in July, Gunnarsson ruptured knee ligaments in an accidental collision with goalkeeper Adam Federici.
The 32-year-old last played in a 3-1 away defeat to Aston Villa.
