Keeper's loan deal comes to an end

Tottenham have confirmed that Radek Cerny's loan deal from Slavia Prague has reached its conclusion. The keeper, who has recently agreed to join Championship side Queens Park Rangers, made 20 appearances for Spurs in all competitions during the 2007/08 season. He had been at White Hart Lane since securing an initial 18-month deal in 2005. That contract was later extended until 2008 and resulted in the Czech shot-stopper ousting England international Paul Robinson from the first-team for large periods of the last campaign. Meanwhile, youngsters Cian Hughton and Leigh Mills have both agreed new contracts in North London. However, it is not such good news for Jamie Davis and Chris Riley who have been released.
