El-Hadji Diouf says he will have no problem with backing the Premier League's scheme to curb refereeing conflicts.
Diouf has never been far from controversy during his time in England, with the Senegal international earning a reputation as a trouble-maker.
The new season will kick off this weekend in conjunction with the 'Get on with the game' campaign as the Premier League look to promote better player behaviour towards referees.
Diouf says he has never been in any trouble with referees and that his hatred for losing sometimes brings out the worst in him.
"I can tell you when people are talking about respect and the referee, or something like that, people talk about me," Diouf told Sky Sports News.
"But I have never done a bad thing to a referee.
"I am just me on the pitch, I play my football.
"I am bad loser that is it."
