Falling for Suarez

Don't let negative headlines stop you building your Sky Sports Fantasy Football team around Luis Suarez.

Don't be fooled by the Liverpool striker's negative publicity - he's still your main man

Luis Suarez has been making the headlines for the wrong reasons once again this week, but don't let that stop you building your Sky Sports Fantasy Football team around the Liverpool striker. The Reds welcome Norwich to Anfield on Saturday, with Suarez aiming for an unprecedented third consecutive hat-trick against the Canaries having notched a treble on his two previous appearances against them. Another hat-trick is a tall order, but with Liverpool odds-on for the win, the home side will expect their top scorer to at least add to his seasonal tally, while Pepe Reina (£5.4m) should be good for a clean sheet, despite Norwich averaging a goal a game on the road. Elsewhere on Saturday, Manchester City will be hoping to apply a small degree of pressure on league leaders Manchester United by beating Fulham at the Etihad Stadium, with Edin Dzeko (£8.3m) the striker to pick from this one. Amid doubts surrounding Sergio Aguero's fitness, Dzeko has surely done enough to warrant another start for City having notched four in as many games, plus the former Wolfsburg has scored on his last two appearances against Fulham. If you're in dire need of a bargain to pave the way for a new heavyweight signing, Southampton midfielder Jason Puncheon provides excellent value at £4m. Puncheon made last week's Top Scoring XI with nine points and has been performing consistently for the Saints.

Super Sunday

Unsurprisingly, Demba Ba (£9m) is this week's most transferred in outfield player following his prolific start to his Chelsea career, while Jermain Defoe has suffered a decline in popularity ahead of an action-packed Super Sunday. The Spurs striker (£7.8m) has scored just once in his last seven games, and Manchester United's Javier Hernandez is available at the same price. Sky Bet rate each player 6/4 to score any time when the two sides meet at White Hart Lane, but the Mexican may offer a fresher source of points for your side. As for events at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, it's hard to find a bargain from Arsenal's squad list, although Theo Walcott (£7.5m) remains registered as a midfielder despite excelling in a more advanced role of late, he's worth considering if you're after a goalscoring midfielder. Although value is hard to come by, Arsenal do have two encounters this gameweek as they host West Ham on Wednesday. Jack Wilshere is available at £6m and may prove a shrewd buy on the back of his recent FA Cup winner against Swansea.
