Tranmere Rovers will begin life in the newly-branded Vanarama National League with a home match against Woking on August 8.
Rovers were relegated from the Football League in April along with Cheltenham Town, whose road back into the league starts with a trip to Lincoln City.
Fans of Dover Athletic face one of the longer journeys in the top five tiers on the opening day of the 2015/16 season, a 560-plus mile round-trip to Barrow, one of the two teams promoted from the old Conference North.
Guiseley, who came up through the Conference North play-offs, travel to Welling on August 8 while Conference South champions Bromley are at home to FA Trophy winners Wrexham.
Boreham Wood will play at National League level for the first time in the club's history after winning the Conference South play-offs and they entertain FC Halifax Town at Meadow Park on the opening day.
Last season's losing Conference Premier play-off finalists Grimsby Town face a trip to Kidderminster and semi-finalists Forest Green and Eastleigh travel to Altrincham and Southport respectively.
