Bradford City are in talks with former QPR chairman Gianni Paldini about a takeover of the club.
The Italian has reportedly registered as a director of a new Bradford City holding company.
Paladini has been looking to get back into football since he left Loftus Road in 2011.
He made a bid to buy Birmingham City in 2012 which was rejected by the Midlands club.
Bradford lie in 11th League One and enjoyed an impressive run to the FA Cup quarter-finals including beating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
