Tesho Akindele and Ryan Hollingshead scored second-half goals to give early-season pace-setters Dallas a 2-0 win over 10-man Philadelphia on Saturday .

Dallas are so far the only Major League Soccer team with maximum points after its first three matches.

Akindele forced a defensive mistake in the 49th minute, before sliding home the opening goal and Hollingshead then shot through a crowd of players from distance to double their lead in the 59th minute.

Philadelphia played the entire second half with 10 men after Zach Pfeffer was given a red card in the 42nd minute for elbowing Mauro Diaz.

The Union have never beaten Dallas in eight matches, losing four of them.

The game was originally scheduled for Friday, but MLS postponed it due to poor weather conditions.

Vancouver's Raul Octavio Rivero scored with a header in the 96th minute to lift the Whitecaps over Orlando City 1-0.

Pedro Morales sent a free kick toward the goal and Rivero redirected it past City goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts.

In Carson, California, Robbie Keane and Nathan Sturgis traded early goals as the LA Galaxy and Houston Dynamo settled for a 1-1 draw.

Keane opened the scoring in the third minute, beating Sturgis with a cut near the top of the box and finishing despite goalkeeper Tyler Deric's deflection.

Sturgis answered in the 11th minute for the Dynamo. David Horst headed Oscar Garcia's corner kick back into the middle of the 6-yard box and Sturgis ran underneath it for an easy finish.

In other games, Sporting Kansas City and the Portland Timbers, New York City and Colorado Rapids, and Montreal Impact and New England Revolution all ended their matches with goalless draws.
