Ravel Morrison has arrived in Rome to finalise his pre-contract agreement with Lazio.
The midfielder's West Ham deal is up at the end of the season which means he is entitled to negotiate with European clubs.
And an agreement to join Serie A Lazio this summer should be sealed if the England U21 passes a medical.
Morrison came through the ranks at Manchester United, where he was highly thought of, but disciplinary issues contributed to their decision to sell him to West Ham three years ago.
The 21-year-old has since spent time on loan at Birmingham, QPR and Cardiff and last appeared in the Premier League back in August.
