Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia will not feature again until the new year due to a thigh injury, the club have announced.
The former Sevilla man suffered the injury during the warm-up for Saturday's 2-0 loss to Rennes and could now be out for up to two months.
"Victim of a muscle injury in his right thigh during the warm-up in Rennes, Geoffrey Kondogbia will be out six to eight weeks," read a statement on www.asm-fc.com.
Kondogbia, who has one France cap, has featured 16 times so far this season for Monaco, scoring one goal.
