Kenny Jackett has challenged Wolves flop Bjorn Sigurdarson to prove he can still make it at the club.

Striker Sigurdarson, who joined Wolves in 2012 but scored just five goals during their relegation season, is due back at Molineux following a year-long loan at Norwegian side Molde.

The 23-year-old is contracted to Wanderers until 2016 and boss Jackett is keeping an open mind about his future,

"He's due back but there has been no talk between the two clubs whether that's going to be a permanent move," said Jackett.

"I'll stay open-minded on him definitely because he certainly has the size and athleticism you're always looking for.

"But a lot will depend on Bjorn's attitude, determination and focus and what he wants to do. Does he want to make it in English football, because he's contracted to Wolves?

"He's a young man and every season you can re-assess and go again. It's whether he wants to give it another go and says 'right, I can see it now and want a fresh chance', so we'll see."
