Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair has hinted he could leave the club in January if he remains without first-team football.
Sinclair has made just three starts in two years with City following his £6.2million move from Swansea in August 2012.
His first season at the Etihad Stadium, under Roberto Mancini, was cut short after he required surgery due to a blood clot discovered in his shoulder.
When he has been fit, the 25-year-old has been in competition for a starting place with an array of talent, but remains determined to live up to his transfer fee.
"It's been very frustrating, for the last couple of years I have kept my head and tried to do as well as I can in training," Sinclair told Sky Sports News HQ.
At this moment in time, it is hard for me to get a game, but all I can do is maybe re-evaluate in January and go from there.

"I hear loads of speculation but at the moment nothing is concrete. I don't feel like I have had the best of chances. I just want to get out there and show people why City bought me. I haven't really had that sort of opportunity."
English players have struggled to establish themselves at City and Jack Rodwell, signed in the same month as Sinclair, moved on to Sunderland this summer for £12m.
Sinclair was sent out on loan to West Brom last season, but made only 11 appearances for the Baggies.
He admits he does miss consistent game-time but does not regret moving to Manchester City.
"There are world-class players here, so I can't do much more than keep working hard in training and giving it 100%," he said.
"The decision I made, I have made it and I have got to deal with it. The only thing I do miss is playing football. I had the choice to come to City and fight it out with all the big players and the world stars and it hasn't really worked out thus far."
Sinclair was speaking at Ashbury Meadow Primary School where he and his team-mates helped pupils design a car. The winning artist will become a mascot when City take on Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium on New Year's Day.
