Doncaster defender Liam Wakefield has signed a new contract with the League One club.
Wakefield, a product of Rovers' academy, has penned one-year extension at the Keepmoat. He made his debut for the club in August 2012 and he has since made seven appearances in total. The 20-year-old will be in contention for selection on Saturday, as Rovers make their return to League One against Yeovil. Wakefield follows team-mates Harry Middleton and Alex Peterson in extending their stay at the South Yorkshire club.
