Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has signed a new five-year contract with the Premier League club.
The France captain is currently enjoying a short break after leading his country to the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Brazil.
Lloris has made 78 appearances for Spurs since he was signed from Lyon in August 2012.
The 27-year-old, who has previously been linked with moves to big-spending Paris Saint Germain and Barcelona, revealed the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino was an important factor in him committing his future to the club.
“I spoke with the chairman and I know the club is as ambitious as ever,” Lloris told the club's official website. “It’s very important to feel at home at a club and for my family to feel well.
