Sydney FC forward Alessandro Del Piero has refused to rule out a return to former club Juventus.
The 39-year-old has legend status in Turin following a 19-year spell at the Italian champions, but left the club for a move to Australia in 2012.
Del Piero's current deal at Sydney expires at the end of the A-League season in May and he says he would always consider a return to the club where he won seven league titles.
"I cannot rule out a return to the club I hold so dear to my heart," he told Rai Sport.
"Throughout my life, I have never closed the door on anything or anyone, let alone a possible return to Juventus.
"The choice of Australia has been a choice of life and curiosity. I wanted to compare myself with a different world."
